Karen believes it is ‘quality of life’ that draws people to live in The Woodlands and makes us want to stay here, and she is dedicated to preserving that quality. For Karen, the residents come first; while traffic and parking problems are important for town-center, Karen doesn't forget why we all moved here. Residential issues are most important to Karen. The health of our Law Enforcement program is paramount as a low crime rate is critical to a high quality of life. Other issues that are crucial to maintaining our quality of life are mobility and parks. The neighborhood parks have separated The Woodlands from an ordinary suburban development. Karen has been at the center of The Woodlands mobility projects for the past 6 years. |
